Responsibilities:

  • Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain existing Active Directories.
  • Manage and monitor NTFS-based file services.
  • Lead migration initiatives within the Active Directory and file service environment, including domain migrations and file server restructuring.
  • Provide support for existing AD certification services (PKI) and Microsoft cloud authentication services.
  • Participate in projects, offering support and guidance during quotation requests and subsequent implementation.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem analysis as part of incident (2nd / 3rd level) and problem management.
  • Offer advice to other departments on services provided, such as group policies, logon services, and file services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reporting.

Požiadavky

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client administration, including Active Directory and group policy management.
  • Proficiency in SCCM and software distribution.
  • Expertise in cloud-based client administration (Azure, MEM, Autopilot).
  • Proficient in creating scripts using Microsoft PowerShell.
  • Basic network knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and PXE installations.
  • Communicative, open, and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to actively participate in a predominantly virtual team.
  • ITIL knowledge or certification is desirable.
  • Analytical thinking and a systematic, independent work ethic.
