Windows Engineer

Purpose:

Drive the stability and efficiency of our complex IT environment. You'll be the expert, tackling intricate challenges, optimizing processes, and ensuring our infrastructure consistently meets critical performance indicators (KPIs). Your mission: to design, implement, and maintain a robust technical foundation that empowers our organization's core business operations. You'll be a key player in identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks, adhering to industry best practices and internal standards.

Your Impact:

• Expert Troubleshooting & Optimization: Dive into the most complex 3rd level environment issues, coordinating and enhancing IT services and infrastructure to achieve exceptional KPIs.
• Infrastructure Architect: Design, deploy, and maintain a stable technical infrastructure that fuels our organization's business success.
• Process Improvement Champion: Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, implementing solutions that align with industry and internal standards.
• Microsoft & Azure Mastery: Administer our Microsoft Windows Server environment (Azure Infrastructure Services File, Print, Terminal, Cluster Services, Active Directory, DNS), Microsoft 365 technologies / Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual.
• Automation Innovator: Develop and implement automation and standardization workflows using powerful scripting tools like PowerShell.
• Problem Solver: Independently resolve complex technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Change Management Contributor: Execute order and change management processes with precision.

You'll thrive if you possess:

Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:

• Scripting (PowerShell, Terraform)
• Microsoft Server administration
• Active Directory (AD) authorization management
• NFS authorization management

Desired Certifications:

• AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate (essential)
• SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate (nice to have)
• Terraform Associate (nice to have)
• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

English: Upper Intermediate (B2)
