The primary objective of this role is to support our company's cloudification initiative by advising application managers on implementing connections to Azure AD, testing connections, and developing solutions for specific issues encountered during the testing phase.

Popis pozície

Your day-to-day responsibilities involve extensive interaction with various services and departments within Deutsche Telekom, both nationally and internationally. Your main duties include coordinating AD Service and assisting the Product Owner with various tasks. You'll contribute to ensuring the stable operation of the Active Directory infrastructure and optimizing its efficiency, particularly through automation to support the operations team. Key activities in this role include:

Service Coordination and Documentation:

  • Managing hardware asset costs in collaboration with the Service Owner and Product Manager.
  • Handling hardware lifecycle tasks, including procurement, modifications, terminations, and documentation.
  • Reviewing security and data protection aspects within Azure AD and on-premises AD environments.
  • Assisting colleagues with compliance approval processes and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinating change processes (desirable).

Supporting Service Operation in Compliance with Service Levels:

  • Troubleshooting incident/problem management and conducting error analysis for on-premises AD.
  • Operating, monitoring, controlling, and debugging IT systems, including servers.
  • Coordinating and executing order, change, and backup actions.

Požiadavky

  • Experience in service operations and familiarity with incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).
  • Experience in coordination and lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of service operations and service management processes.
  • Ticket handling experience for test and development environments as part of Incident & Problem Management.
  • Basic understanding of AD administration and automation.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technology trends, especially in IAM, and core cloud providers like Azure, Amazon, and Google.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD Administration.
  • Proficiency in English at least at a B2 level, with German language skills considered advantageous.
