Microsoft Exchange Server/Online Engineer

Your mission: to design, implement, and maintain a robust and reliable infrastructure that empowers our organization's core business operations. You'll proactively identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, adhering to industry best practices and internal standards.

Your Impact:

• Expert Messaging & Infrastructure Management: Execute, coordinate, and optimize intricate 3rd level activities to ensure seamless IT service delivery and robust infrastructure performance, meeting critical KPIs.
• Proactive System Optimization: Conduct regular inspections, propose, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Advanced Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex IT infrastructure tickets, escalating critical issues when necessary to minimize impact.
• Root Cause Analysis & Prevention: Investigate the root causes of complex incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Controlled Change Management: Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document, and review complex changes, escalating when required.
• Comprehensive IT Operations: Contribute to data center operations, software deployment, and efficient management of request, incident, change, and problem tickets, driving continuous service improvement.

• Educational Background: Information Technologies - Secondary education.
• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
• Microsoft Exchange Online
• Microsoft Exchange Server (currently 2016 and future versions)
• High availability solutions and Load Balancing
• Exchange PowerShell Scripting and Performance Tuning
• Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• VMware vSphere
