Senior Software Developer (Workflow Automation / Camunda)

An international IT services provider is looking for a Senior Software Developer specializing in workflow automation and process orchestration. The role focuses on designing and implementing process-driven solutions that integrate systems and automate complex business workflows.

You will work in an agile environment, covering the full lifecycle from process modeling to deployment, ensuring scalable and resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow-based solutions using process orchestration tools
  
• Translate business requirements into structured process logic
  
• Model business processes and decisions (e.g., workflows, rules, states)
  
• Implement integrations between distributed systems and services
  
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and production readiness of solutions
  
• Handle error management, versioning, and deployment processes
  
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
  
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
  
• Continuously improve automation and orchestration approaches
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Experience with workflow/process automation tools (e.g., Camunda or similar)
  
• Knowledge of process modeling concepts (e.g., BPMN, decision modeling)
  
• Experience with API integrations and distributed systems
  
• Understanding of asynchronous processing and system communication
  
• Familiarity with data handling, persistence, and system scalability
