Senior SAP Basis Consultant (S/4HANA | SAP BTP | System Administration)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join an international SAP team supporting and optimizing enterprise SAP landscapes.

In this role, you will be responsible for SAP Basis administration, system configuration, transport management, cloud connectivity, monitoring, and operational support across SAP S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with infrastructure teams, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAP Basis environments and SAP S/4HANA systems
  
• Manage transports, SAP clients, RFC connections, certificates, and PGP keys
  
• Configure and support SAP Cloud (BTP), Cloud Connector, and Web Dispatcher
  
• Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and security
  
• Manage SAP incidents, change requests, and technical user administration
  
• Perform system configuration, installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management
  
• Support SAP rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure projects
  
• Coordinate transport management and change processes
  
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and SAP operations teams
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
  
• SAP Certified Consultant – SAP S/4HANA System Administration (preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP Basis administration
  
• Experience with SAP BTP and cloud connectivity
  
• Experience with SAP transport management and system lifecycle management
  
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments
  
• Experience with SAP authorization management
  
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
  
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and operational best practices
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  
• English (B2 or higher); German is an advantage
