Senior SAP ABAP Developer (S/4HANA | Fiori | SAP ERP)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join an international SAP team delivering enterprise solutions across SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA environments.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize SAP applications while collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You will participate in implementation, customization, migration, and modernization projects, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions
- Develop custom programs, reports, enhancements, and interfaces
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and optimization projects
- Develop and customize SAP Fiori/UI5 applications where applicable
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business users
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation guidelines
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Participate in Agile software development and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience developing custom SAP applications, reports, enhancements, and interfaces
- Experience with SAP implementation or migration projects (Greenfield/Brownfield)
- Understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- English (B2 or higher)
- German (C1 preferred or willingness to improve)
